When a local consumer first called Andy about the EnergyCel, his interest was peaked. A magnetic aftermarket device that actually saves fuel? Well, he just had to see this! As timing would have it Andy was in the process of reviving an old product review news segment titled "Does It Really Work," and he had just found the lead story! A few short weeks later Andy was riding along in a 1999 Toyota ForeRunner, the vehicle belonging to the consumer who had initially called him. They arrived at the independent test facility Andy himself had chosen. After an initial vehicle test on the dynamometer to get the 'before' numbers, the EnergyCel unit was installed.
